Lamb has a very unique flavor and adding a lot of ingredients to a lamb patty only muddies the flavors. I would rather have lightly seasoned lamb patties that highlights the lamb. You can add toppings to the burger which can enhance the flavor of the meat or you can simply serve more seasoned side dishes with it to compliment the flavor of the lamb.
