One my favorite meals is a big, fat, juicy Grilled Strip Steak. If I top it with a compound butter like the Tangy Lemon Parsley Butter, not only is it completely gluten-free, but it is ketogenic heaven for our Gluten-Free Low-Carb readers! This meal is super easy to prepare and will put a smile on your family's face every time you serve it.

Ingredients
- 4 New York strip steaks, about 10 ounces each
- ½ cup Tangy Lemon Parsley butter INSERT NEW INTERNAL LINK
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill or broil the steaks to the desired temperature.
- Thinly slice the butter and place about 1 tablespoon worth on each of the hot steak.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
If you are broiling the steaks, line the broiler pan with aluminum foil. It makes cleanup ever so much easier!
