Simple Side Salad With Gluten-Free Croutons Recipe
Sometimes you just don't feel like a hot side dish. For those times, a simple side salad with gluten-free croutons is the perfect answer. I have chosen a Paleo bread for the croutons, which is all natural as well as gluten-free. If you have a different bread you prefer, please feel free to use it.

Ingredients
- 8 cups salad greens, prewashed
- ½ cucumber, sliced and quartered
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Gluten-Free croutons
- full fat salad dressing of your choice
Instructions
- Combine salad greens, sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and green onions in a large salad bowl and toss.
- Top with crumbled bacon and croutons.
- If you prefer a pre-dressed salad, top with the salad dressing of your choice and serve.
