Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh
- water, enough to cover cranberries
- ¼ teaspoon dried orange peel
- ½ teaspoon lemon extract
- 3 teaspoons Swerve Sweetener
- ½ teaspoon Konjac Glucomannan Powder
- ½ cup walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Place washed cranberries in a pan with enough water to cover; add the rest of the ingredients except the walnuts.
- Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer until it is thick; about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the walnuts.
- Can be served warm or cold.
Notes
This recipe can be doubled.
